Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deposit your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
